Fireplace makeover: This customer had an old brick fireplace that no longer matched the home's decor. We covered the brick with special fireproof mortar board using Tapcon screws, applied large format tiles and added a new modern mantel and TV mount.
New & Repaired Flooring: We can install new floating, laminate, wood, or tile flooring, or replace broken tiles or water damaged wood floors.
New Closet: Older homes in the north end of Nashua typically have very small closets, so we built a new one in front of the old, and were able to preserve all the old storage space. Then, we added a new matching headboard and custom built night tables.
Handicap Access Ramp: This customer needed wheelchair access to his one-story home, so we built an ADA-compliant ramp in the garage.
Privacy Fence & Deck Sunshade: We created a simple hot tub privacy fence using vinyl lattice (left 2 pictures), and on the right, to make this deck more usable on sunny summer days, we created a privacy sunscreen with special close-spacing lattice and a pressure treated frame.
Wood Rot Fixes: A common problem with houses or structures without gutters is wood rot near the base of the trim. We gave this poolhouse trim a makeover!
New Bulkhead Door: This home had an old basement bulkhead door that no longer functioned and posed a scurity risk. The old one was cut out and hauled away and a new, primed door was installed with new trim, ready for the homeowner to paint!
Wetbar & Built-in Bookcase: This customer wanted a wetbar with plenty of room for glasswhere in one corner of their family room. To compliment the look, they asked for a matching built-in bookcase / storage area in another corner of the room.
Ceiling Water Damage Fix: This customer's AC unit in the ceiling leaked, causing substantial water damage which we were able to repair in a few short sessions.
Master Bedroom Built-ins: This customer had a large master bedroom with an expansive wall that was perfect for built in storage.
We built custom cabinets and bookcases with a center electric fireplace and a flat screen TV area.
